Purchased this item actually over a year ago for a grand daughter Christmas, now it is going via the 3rd grand daughter still is in fantastic shape. It holds lots of teaching playtime even the five yr old is reading it to her sister nonetheless enjoying the lights sound. Great toy for children enjoyable teaching time for parents.

It's a cute book with a cute concept, and I seriously like the a number of languages, but it is a lot shorter then it seemed it would be (the three tab does not turn, that's the finish of the 'book'). If you get it on sale and your children like things they can carry around and push buttons on, then I say go for it, otherwise get them a actual book, they'd likely get far more use out of it.
