I bought this for my four year old. Even though he is not familiar with the Indiana Jones story (which is absolutely just before his time), he enjoyed creating it and playing with it afterward. The boats have a rather ingenious setup exactly where you can push something on it and it flies apart. Indiana Jones comes with his trademark hat and whip. Just about every character has a weapon to hold onto for pretend play. This is undoubtedly a recommended Lego set to shop for (it has boats, minifigures, bridge). This Lego set was challenging to build and in the finish, the child has a toy to play with. This set stays put together even after a lot of intense play.

We love Legos and our grandsons appreciate Indiana Jones. Don't know why Legos decided to quit creating them. We ordered early to make certain we got this set for a Christmas gift. A thrilled grandchild!
