do not be misled by other item names. this is the real splash ball. it is a bit extra than the cheap knockoffs, but those knock offs final 1/two a pool season, although these suckers final two seasons at least if properly cared for. My youngsters and I play with them in the pool all the time. We do make sure to rinse them completely in nonchlorinated water after every single use and do not leave them out in the sun.
