I bought this game for $24.99 before e-mail discount straight from the Leapfrog web page for my grandson's 4th birthday. He has been playing games on the laptop at school, laptop at residence and my iphone,so we thought he was prepared for a process he could play on his personal. I thought this game would support teach him how to write and draw. He can currently recognize his letters and numbers. He stayed house sick from pre-K presently and his mom said he was content material to play this game for a beneficial portion of the day. He chose to play Mr. Pencil over Toy Story 3 and Dora! I have played this game to check out what my son would be playing and I can see why he gets frustrated. The game freezes for 30 seconds at occasions (Yes, I basically timed it)and it can be also sensitive for an individual mastering to write. I have watched my son attempt to draw on the dotted line and if he barely gets off the line it makes him start out the complete drawing more than. Adore the game idea and truly like what it teaches but it desires some improvements.
