I was applying this as a Halloween costume. I made a red and black tutu with black poof balls on it and ran out of time to make the wings for the lady bug costume so I came to Amazon to discover some and these had been fantastic. Pretty cute! The elastic that you put about her arms is a small huge but I just tied it off.
