Consumer Evaluations

My 6 yr old son has loved pirates and pirate ships considering that he was extremely small. He has gotten at least 1 ship for either his B-day or X-mas, or both the past handful of years, and has five or 6 in his fleet now. This is the coolest, and extra importantly IMHO, the sturdiest of the bunch. I would definately recommend this ship for your small buccaneer.

We bought this for my son's 4th birthday back in August. He loves it and nonetheless plays with it on a everyday basis! It's durable, enjoyable, and entertains him for hours! (not to mention my husband as nicely!) The spears that shoot go really far and are simple and easy to launch. My son especially loves how the "wings" move when he rolls the ship across the floor and how the "head" can attack the negative guys. The "guys" that come with this ship are best for smaller boys. There are not to lots of smaller components to worry about for those of us with smaller children in the residence - just those spears!
We enjoy Imaginext! All their toys are wonderful quality and definitely are geared towards younger kids that are also big for "infant" toys but to young for the "pre-teen" toys.
I would definitly recommend this and all Imaginext toys to any person with young children ages 3-6, perhaps even 7!
